II. TWiki Updates

1. Place start-up suggestions on "Getting Started" in TWiki.
2. Upload JUnit powerpoint presentation. Eddie...hint,hint!
3. Include "Creating a Bug" on Defect Tracking Topic about Bugzilla.
4. TWiki specs cleaned up to reflect actual implementation. - suggested by TOG
   1. Netbeans configuration instructions correct and able to be followed in TWiki.
   2. Make sure mounting instructions correct.
   3. Check on build instructions in Netbeans.
5. Create topic on Program Manager's position. Include directions on ActionTrackerPlugin? . Dottie working on.
6. Perforce: changelists, locking code, two people are working on the same code at the same time.
   1. Troy added a good write-up under the How To list section, but we need something handling code when two people are working on the same piece of code at the same time. Also, I reloaded Perforce using PWin and it was very confusing determining what to put for user and source(?)....I had to check my other computer. Anyway, we need an addition to Val's instructions

III. Issues to Deal with as Time Permits

1. Handle bugs in software that were submitted to Bugzilla.
2. Netbeans:
   1. How used cooperatively with JUnit, Perforce, and Ant.
   2. Javadoc: Instructions on how to use it with Netbeans.
   3. Asserts: What they are, how to enable them, in right places (no cause side effects).
   4. Interfaces: Problems caused when trying to use in Netbeans.
   5. Ant: Intructions on building from toolbar correct.
   6. Explain copywrite issues and how to get template onto code.
   7. Other Netbeans issues that should be passed on.
3. Build team - Instructions on maintanance of build system.
4. JUnit issues: Using with Netbeans & issues such as how if one method depends on another, that tests must be combined or they will blow up.
5. Include procedures for code review.
6. Expand topic on Ant to include instructions about making it work on home computer.
7. Simplify navigation if possible. Method for locating items.

IV. Bugs to report in Bugzilla with a severity of "enhancement"

1. Eval template in Netbeans setup.
2. JUnit issues, problems creating test cases.
3. Testing issues working with build system and JUnit.
